How strict is Iberia with personal items size? ›

In general, the piece of hand luggage admitted on board cannot exceed 56cm x 40cm x 25cm.. The maximum weight is 10kg for Economy class and 14kg for Business class. As well as the applicable allowance, you may also carry some other personal item free of charge (max 40x30x15 cm): handbag, camera, folding umbrella, etc.

Though you might find an inch or two of a difference with various airlines, the size limit for carry-on luggage is 22" x 14" x 9", which includes the handle and the wheels. A few domestic airlines, such as Frontier and Southwest, will allow 24-inch luggage as a carry-on.

Carry-on Luggage Size Matters
