This weekend, the ACAC was honoured to be part of the two-day 'Khmer Agricultural Village' exhibition at Chip Mong Mega Mall 271. The successful event was highlighted by the visit of Cambodia's First Lady, H.E. Dr. Pich Chanmony, spouse of Prime Minister Hun Manet. We are deeply thankful for her engagement with our local community, enhancing the importance of promoting Khmer local agricultural products. Today, we were excited to welcome over 20 participants to the Turkish Mantı Workshop organized by the T.C. Punom Pen Büyükelçiliği / Turkish Embassy in Phnom Penh at the ACAC On the occasion of the Turkish Cuisine Week, Chef Gülcan Çoköz guided us through making Mantı, Türkiye's tiniest little dumplings and shared fascinating cultural insights. Everyone had a lot of fun, and we felt honored to have H.E.
