Important Information
- Your exclusive option for ordering online can be found at MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com To get started, create an account at MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com
- Please note that retailer websites like Walmart.com are not available for your online orders. However, using your Benefits Prepaid Card in person at Walmart or other approved retail stores is accepted.
- Your card can be used at participating stores. Please go to MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com to order online or search for participating stores near you.
- Your benefits allow for purchase of approved products and services. Please go to MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com to order online and find information on your benefits.
- If you already have a Benefits Prepaid Card, you can keep using your current card for all your 2024 spending allowances.
- If you have received a new Benefits Prepaid Card, you must activate your card to use your 2024 benefits. Please activate the card by visiting MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com
- You will not need a PIN to use your card.
- With your Benefits Prepaid Card, you can purchase eligible items across all of your spending allowance benefits. This is in addition to the healthcare benefits you have as part of your plan. Please visit MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com to check your spending allowance.

Additional Benefits

Groceries
Once your plan has started, you can use your Benefits Prepaid Card to buy eligible groceries. Eligible products include all food items like fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen foods, and more.
Assistive Devices
You can use your Assistive Devices benefit to help pay for assistive and safety devices online through NationsBenefits. Eligible items include ADA toilet seats, shower stools, reaching devices, temporary wheelchair ramps and more.
