My review is of Jackie, the woman who took me for my on the road test. At first, as anyone, i was very nervous and intimidated… by the time we were halfway through the drive as professional as she was she made me feel very comfortable, answered my questionsBefore I knew it, we were through and back at the DMV. Thank you, Jackie.!!

This is the DMV to use! Pleasant and respectful staff, efficient and simple area. Been here twice already, and never want to step foot in any other center. Especially Des Plaines which is the slummiest rudest one out there.

With the updated version that I found out from my family, I need to create a appointment to have a driver's license service rendered.I had a customer service named Robert. He did a fantastic job and very understanding and encourage me to take my written test sooner than later. I was very pleased with the customer service at this location.

You must schedule an appointment for REAL ID, driver’s license and ID card services, and in-car driving tests at all Chicago and suburban DMVs and 20 of our busiest DMVs downstate. Please schedule an appointment today and Skip-the-Line.Vehicle-related transactions, such as license plate sticker renewal and titlRoad tests generally are available until 30 minutes prior to closing; however, the number of customers waiting for road tests may necessitate an earlier cut-off time. If you are taking a road test, you must show a vehicle insurance card. Road tests will not be started after dark regardless of the time, and may be denied or discontinued due to unsafe road, weather or vehicle conditions.TVDL transactions not processed on Saturdays.
