Fusion firearm will be free from defects in material and workmanship. We only design and produce
firearms we are proud of and would use ourselves.
Our warranty is simple; we take care of our customers.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
WE WILL NOT COVER DAMAGE TO YOUR FIREARM CAUSED BY:
FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE
ACCIDENTS, ABUSE, OR MISUSE
BARREL OBSTRUCTION
HAND-LOADED, RELOADED, OR IMPROPER AMMUNITION
UNAUTHORIZED ADJUSTMENTS, REPAIRS, OR MODIFICATIONS
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
