As Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Foundever, Laurent Uberti leads the group’s Global Executive Team in transforming the customer experience through innovative solutions and investment in people.
Sitel Group was established in 2016 after Group Acticall – the French startup he founded in 1994 – acquired U.S.-based Sitel. Today, the group combines Sitel’s 30+ years of experience, global footprint and unrivaled client diversity with Groupe Acticall’s entrepreneurial mindset, innovation and vision.
At Groupe Acticall, Laurent was responsible for the strategic growth of the company, which expanded into Africa and Brazil before acquiring Sitel in 2016. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Laurent and the team steadily scaled the company and in 2010, Groupe Acticall began its international and diversified expansion in creating subsidiaries in four areas: IT solutions & apps, digital, consulting and training.
Laurent served as president of the French Contact Center Professional Association for nearly a decade. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for Auchan, a $52 billion retail group. Laurent is a graduate of SKEMA Business School in France and is based out of the group’s global HQ in Miami.
