Drawbacks of Nail Wraps

While nail wraps can be easily applied, they also need to be removed properly. Applying wraps too tightly or even using excessive force when removing them may lead to damage, peeling, or weakening of your natural nail.

If there is overlap on your skin or cuticle, the wrap is more likely to peel off. Choose a wrap that is very slightly smaller than your nail for best results. After applying the wrap, press down thoroughly all over the nail surface. That adhesive needs to stick well, so the more you press, the better the adhesion!

Fabric wraps are the most popular type of nail wrap because of their durability. Fabric wraps are cut to cover the surface of the natural nail and the nail tip and are laid onto a layer of wrap resin to build and strengthen the enhancement.
