  • 1 tsp old bay
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbs unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • salt and pepper to taste
